1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping: Items via parcel: 5-10 days. You'll receive tracking and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
2. Should I turn off the water valve when I change the filter?
This filter does not require to shut off the water. However, it is recommended to turn off the water valve to de-pressurize if customers have difficulties removing the old existing filter or installing the new filter.
3. What should I do if your filter cartridge looks different from what I am using?
Every brand may have its own design but the key part of the filter should be the same as the filter you are using. Please do try the installation.
4. Do I need to replace the filter every six months?
Yes, you must change your filter every 6 months or sooner based on water quality and frequency of use. Failure to change can reduce flow or cause deposits/rust. Overuse reduces performance and may cause leaks.
